Dr. Miceal Ledwith – The Origins of Man

Dr. Miceal Ledwith, L.Ph., L.D., D.D., LL.D (h.c), served as a Catholic priest and as Professor of Theology and College President for over 25 years in Ireland. During the course of his academic and administrative careers he lectured extensively to interested adult groups in many countries and continues to speak at venues all over the world today.

He is a long-time member of Ramtha’s School of Ancient Wisdom and has been invited to speak at Events held by the school for several years at many venues throughout the world.

He was one of the scholars featured in “What the Bleep Do We Know,” and its sequel “Down the Rabbit Hole.”

The Origins of Man

Dr. Ledwith posses many questions and has a few suggestions as he sets the stage for you to ponder. Consider is what part of the Holy See tasked with advising the Pope on theological matters…so his knowledge is vast.

The Presidency of Maynooth was, in 1985 when Ledwith was appointed to the role, a senior position within the Catholic Church in Ireland. Only 44, he proved a capable administrator at Maynooth; immediately prior to his resignation he presided over the separation of the National University of Ireland, Maynooth and the Pontifical College.[2] He was regarded within the church as a progressive and in 1988 he was seen as a series contender for the vacant see of Dublin following the sudden death of Archbishop Kevin McNamara. His name was submitted to Rome as one of three possible candidates.[3]

There was considerable surprise following the appointment of a University College Dublin academic, Professor Desmond Connell.[4]

Ledwith was then appointed a Domestic Prelate with the title of Monsignor, and served for 17 years under Pope John Paul II as a member of the International Theological Commission, a group of theologians of international standing charged with advising the Holy See on theological matters. He also served as Chairman of the Conference of the Heads of Irish Universities and as a member of the Governing Bureau of the Conference of European University Rectors (CRE).

Freddy Silva – Missing Lands

Karen Elkins gains insight to Freddy’s new book Missing Lands.
Could the global accounts of an ancient forgotten race of tall, long-headed people be true?

Humanity’s recent development was the subject of an investigation commissioned by NASA, which pointed to a disturbing trend in evolved civilizations ‘suddenly’ appearing completely developed, to technology and agriculture ‘suddenly’ appearing around 8000 BC, and to science, mathematics, and astronomy ‘suddenly’ manifesting in hotspots like Mesopotamia, Egypt, Yucatan, Peru, Japan, and China. What all these cultures share in common is the assertion that they inherited a civilization lost to a catastrophe caused by a fragmented meteorite, and an accompanying global flood that closed the Younger Dryas circa 9700 BC.

Freddy Silva takes us on a global tour to Easter Island to meet the Urukehu, described as tall, fair-skinned, red-haired with green eyes, sometimes blonde with blue eyes, and beards; the older moai, with their Caucasian features, extended chins, and hint of goatee, are stylized images of these flood gods; to Tiwanaku, Puma Punku, and a third unrecognized site in the Andes to meet the ‘People of the Serpent’, described as very tall, fair-skinned, red-haired, and featuring elongated skulls and their DNA linked to the region of the Black Sea and what used to be Mesopotamia. We travel to Egypt to meet the Aku Shemsu Hor — Shining Ones, Followers of Horus, described as between eight-and-a-half to 10 feet tall; they too were longheads. The Aku Shemsu Hor might have had a presence on Malta. Tidal waves once dumped 7,000 people, animals, and utensils into the Hypogeum of Hal Saflieni, including hundreds of elongated skull people.

Freddy Silva is a best-selling author, and leading researcher of ancient civilizations, restricted history, sacred sites, and their interaction with consciousness. He is also a leading expert on crop circles.

He has published six books in six languages: The Missing Lands: Uncovering Earth’s Pre-flood Civilization; The Divine Blueprint: Temples, Power Places, and the Global Plan to Shape The Human Soul; The Lost Art of Resurrection: Initiation, Secret Chambers and the Quest for the Otherworld; First Templar Nation: How the Knights Templar Created Europe’s First Nation-state and a Refuge for the Grail; Secrets In The Fields: The Science and Mysticism of Crop Circles and Chartres Cathedral: The Missing or Heretic Guide
Described by one CEO as “perhaps the best metaphysical speaker in the world right now,” for two decades he has been an international keynote speaker, with notable appearances at the International Science and Consciousness Conference, the International Society For The Study Of Subtle Energies & Energy Medicine, and the Association for Research and Enlightenment, in addition to appearances on Gaia TV, History Channel, BBC, and radio shows such as Coast To Coast.

He is also a documentary filmmaker, art photographer, and leads private tours to sacred sites in England, France, Egypt, Portugal, Yucatan, Malta, Peru/Bolivia, and Scotland.

OM RADIO – SANDRA SEDGBEER WITH KAREN

About Sandy — YOU CANNOT SEPARATE WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO FROM HOW YOU INTERACT WITH THE WORLD

People call me a “Cosmic Switchboard Operator.” I laugh because it’s true. I get a kick out of connecting people with like-minded others.  Collaboration, partnership, and integration make much more sense than separation, control, and division. Where did that ever get us? We can achieve so much more when we create together. If we learn only one thing from the chaos we’re in the midst of it’s surely got to be that the future of humanity depends on our seeing that ME must become US and I must become WE.
So, there you have it: That’s me in a bit of a nutshell. You may glean more from what others have said about working with me.  If that’s not enough, or you’re interested in working with me on a book or project, send me an email using the button below and I’ll share whatever you want to know.

About Karen

Someone once said that “the worth of a book is to be measured by what you can carry away from it.” If that’s true, then the book we’ll be discussing on this week’s show might just turn out to be one of the most valuable books you may ever encounter.
In creating the IPPY award-winning book, Inside Out: Revealing the Mysteries of Creation and the Wisdom to Live your Life more Consciously Connected, author and researcher Karen Elkins has produced a stunning work of art that wouldn’t be out of place in museum or on a thinking person’s coffee table. Blending leading-edge science with ancient mystical wisdom, Inside Out presents what is being hailed as “the most comprehensive and compelling synthesis of modern science, ancient wisdom and timeless art – melded into a revolutionary view of the universe – known today.”

Karen Elkins is an award winning author, speaker, researcher, event producer, and creator designer of Science to Sage e-magazine, which provides a platform for leading edge scientist, philosophers, inspired artists, and innovative thinkers. She joins Sandie this week to discuss her life, her work interviewing some of the leading names in the arenas of science and consciousness, and how and why she was moved to curate what Thrive producer, Foster Gamble, calls “the secret teaching of all ages for our times.”

Books:

Universal Water
Universal Water: The Ancient Wisdom and Scientific Theory of Water(Inner Ocean Publishing 2002) was West’s first work to target both a technical and non-technical readership. It examines water from the perspectives of science, naturalism, and ancient wisdom. The contention that water serves as a mediator for planetary and universal phenomena is examined in light of philosophies, theories, and insights (often unfamiliar and sometimes controversial) that have been shared throughout history. It is available through Amazon and the author.
Altered Perceptions: Addressing the Real Water Crises (Unlimited Publishing 2006) focuses on prevalent views of water in the industrialized world and their influence on the crises facing freshwater resources and the oceans. Rather than suggesting solutions to such crises, the book explores perceptions through which we might attain a more balanced relationship with water. Altered Perceptions was written specifically for a non-technical audience and requires no background in water science or history. It is available through Amazon and the publisher.

Altered Perceptions
In keeping with the forum’s theme of providing people with opportunities to reassess their perceptions of water, West has authored three books and a wide range of articles and papers. Descriptions of the books and their ordering information, as well as a sampling of articles published in journals or books, are provided on this web page.

Hydromimicry
Hydromimicry: Strategies for a Water Planet (Water Sciences & Insights 2009, 2010) explores the micro- and macro-scale roles of water with a focus on supporting or emulating them in our approach to natural resource and energy challenges. Water can serve as a model for the decisions and strategies we employ to address today’s environmental and technological issues, including those that are rarely associated with water. The second edition of Hydromimicry presents thirty examples of mimicking water’s unusual attributes and is available through the author.
